What does it cover?

Just note that during high season it’s best to book in advance to secure availability and a better price.

If you try too early (6–12 months ahead), rates for that period are often not available yet, so prices can be higher.
In Madeira, it really pays to book early — small cars can start from €33 with full insurance and no deposit.

If your flight is delayed, the rental company will wait.
If you know you’ll be more than 2 hours late or arriving on a different flight, it’s a good idea to notify them via WhatsApp or email. If you provided your flight number, they’ll automatically track your arrival, so they’ll know your exact landing time.
For late-night arrivals, with prior arrangement you can collect your car early in the morning or upon arrival.
If the delay means you can’t pick up the car, our €500 Guarantee covers your taxi to your accommodation and back to the rental office the next morning.
